DreamLives Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Our purpose is to advance the livability for individuals with disabilities, primarily DreamLifers on a waiver path with DreamLife Destiny.

Some funding will go to group and individual events to build community, connections, stability, and natural supports.

Our scholarship and grant programs will provide DreamLifers with access to live the dreams they never thought possible. Perhaps go on a trip. Earn a degree. Buy a home. The possibilities are limitless.
